We hope you love your purchase but if you don't, we've made the return process easier now to allow for a hassle-free online shopping experience!

How Long do I Have Before Making a Return?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns made after these 30 days will not be accepted, and there is a possibility that refunds may not be processed for returns dropped off or shipped back after the 30 days.

Returns Policy
-Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all the original labels, ensure that all articles in the package are intact! If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
-The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any related expenses.
-If your order includes a shipping fee, The refund will include it.
-Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Purchase Not Eligible for Return
-Final sale/Clearance item(s) is not eligible for return
-Swimwear is not eligible for return.
-Swimwear can only be returned if it is defective/damaged or the wrong item.
-You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return request online.

Returns Addresses
To start a return, you can contact us at support@gorglitter.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:[13640 REDWOOD CT, CHINO, CA 91710-5538 US], consignee: SI-Shawn-00.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refund arrival time needs 1 business day.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@gorglitter.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
